Editor in Cuadro de Tiza. He is licenciado (Bachelor’s degree) in Literature and holds a Master in Contemporary Thought by Universidad Diego Portales. He is a student in the joint PhD program in Philosophy between Universidad Diego Portales and Leiden University (dissertation submitted, awaiting date for defense), formerly holder of a Conicyt scholarship. Title of the doctoral dissertation: “Die heilige Poesie. Toward a Practical Account of the Hegelian Art of Sublimity”. He is currently writing a second dissertation on the concept of irony and the figure of Antigone in Hegel’s Phenomenology of Spirit at the Institute for General and Comparative Literature at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main, thanks to a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service, DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst). Title of the research project: “Hegels Ironie: Der Fall Antigone als nicht reduzierbarer Unterschied”.
